Taj Mahal, Agra (UNESCO World Heritage Site) – A Mughal architecture, that combines finest elements from Persian, Ottoman Turkish and Indian architectural styles. In 1983, Taj Mahal declared as World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Construction of Taj Mahal was began around 1632 and was completed around 1653. The construction was entrusted to a board of architects under imperial supervision of Abdul-Karim Ma’mur Khan, Makramat Khan and Ustad Ahmad Lahauri – the principal designer.
