Minimum 25% of the TOTAL TOUR COST is required as advance deposit to book the tour.
* Advance deposit may be more depending on terms & conditions of the hotels to be booked.
Advance deposit may be made through our online payment gateway
For WIRE TRANSFER, Contact us for bank details to pay through WIRE TRANSFER.
Minimum cancellation, 10% of total TOUR COST
45 Days before Travel Date, 25% of total TOUR COST
30 Days before Travel Date, 50% of total TOUR COST
10 Days before Travel Date, 75% of total TOUR COST
LESS THAN 10 Days…….NO REFUND
*Above cancellation policy may vary in low season i.e. April to September.
*Above cancellation policy is, subject to terms & conditions of Hotels Booked.
*Above cancellation policy is applicable on full package booking only, i.e. Airport pick-up to Airport drop.
*Air Ticket / Train Ticket cancellation will be on actual basis.
*All cancellation must be received in Mail ID: firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com
Irrespective of the above mentioned CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY, 10% service charge on TOTAL TOUR COST would be applicable.
REFUND OF PARTLY / UNUSED SERVICES
Cost of PARTLY OR UNUSED services, due to any reasons, may not be refunded.
Refund process may take 15 to 45 days and bank charges would be deducted from refund amount.
